Run or walk the beautiful sandy trails at the Temiskaming Nordic through various stations of coloured powder tossed at you. Join us for a fun, active warm-up at 9:15am led by Vanessa Menard and Pound Fitness, and then get ready to get messy! This is a great group activity for friends, families and coworkers. Who will get the most colourful?

- 1km–5km are out-and-back routes
- 10km is a loop
- 15km combines the 10km + 5km routes
Participant Info
- Strollers welcome — trails may be challenging, use your own discretion
- Leashed, well-behaved dogs welcome
- Use discretion with young children near colour powder stations
- Race bibs for timed results (wear on front)
- No bib = no recorded time
🌈 Wear white or light colours to maximize the colour effect! Sunglasses or goggles are recommended near powder stations.
♻️ Cup-Less Event: Please bring your own water bottle to fill at water stations or the start/finish line.
👟 Soles4Souls Canada: Bring gently used footwear donations — all styles accepted!
